Hi-Q is an owner-led mobile locksmith business built around practical, accountable service. BBB identifies the company as HI-Q LOCKSMITH SERVICE, LLC and names Itshak Ben Loulou as owner; community and customer references use the name Isaac. The public business start year is 2018, and BBB accreditation began in 2019. The trust record is meant to be checked, not merely repeated: Hi-Q publishes Texas license B07353401, keeps its separate White Settlement and Fort Worth listing histories distinct, and limits this site to confirmed residential, commercial, and automotive work. Hi-Q travels with its tools and common hardware, verifies authorization, assesses the lock or vehicle, and explains the suitable path before work. That is mobile problem-solving, not a storefront identity built for appearances. **2018**BBB business start year **A+**BBB rating **B07353401**Texas license **4.9★**Local listing reputation Trust record ## What does the license and BBB record show? BBB records show the business started and incorporated on June 28, 2018\. Another profile has listed 2020, so Hi-Q uses the independently verifiable BBB date as its documented source. That keeps the public story conservative and tied to a record a customer can inspect instead of to a less reliable secondary profile. It also avoids making the founding date sound newer or older than the evidence supports. The work itself remains the important part: home calls include lockouts, rekeying, and lock repair or maintenance; commercial calls include rekeying, lock repair and installation, and emergency service; automotive work includes vehicle unlocking, duplicate keys, ignition repair, and broken-key extraction. The service area includes ten named cities, always framed as mobile coverage rather than a chain of fake offices. ## What kind of work do you actually do? Hi-Q confirms residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith work, including key-fob programming for supported vehicles. Smart locks, safes, and master-key systems are not advertised because those services have not been confirmed. A customer should know what is established, what requires inspection, and what still needs confirmation before booking a mobile visit. ## About FAQs Who owns Hi-Q Locksmith?
